The Nia technique is a barefoot cardio blend of the wisdom of yoga, the power of martial arts and the expressiveness of dance woven together to the textures and rhythms of evocative and eclectic music. Strength, flexibility, centeredness and stress relief are some of the benefits of this dynamic self-massage in motion. Every one is welcome!
