Mom and Baby Yoga

Join us Mondays at 2-3:15pm. This class is an amazing way to connect with your little one while relaxing, stretching and strengthening. Yoga poses are done with your baby to encourage their natural flexibility and to offer you a chance to breathe and release any tensions. This class is a great way to meet other moms in the community and to have fun!
