Mina Stauber
Mina studied yoga under the guidance of Shakti Mhi at Prana Yoga Teacher College in Vancouver. This is where she was introduced to Yin Yoga. Mina then studied with Bernie Clark and later with Kung Fu Master, Paulie Zink; the art of Zen Yoga.
It is her vision to help others discover their inner strength and through discipline, become masters of themselves. Yin Yoga is a type of yoga where the asana (poses) are held for longer than usual, which targets the deep fascia tissues of the body. This will allow one to release what is trapped in the body. Learning to use our breath, like a ring master tames a lion, the student will tame their mind. Mina will journey together with you to release the “issues in the tissues” and create a union between body, mind and soul.
