Meditation Class - starts Jan 15
Join Mariska for this 6-week series beginning January 15th. Some topics that will be addressed: Why we meditate, how do we mediate, what obstacles do we come across when we meditate, how do we fix these problems, what is a helpful way to live in between meditations,posture and surroundings.
